Privacy Policy

How CoinPortal888 handles your data, in plain language: what we collect, why, how long it stays, and the rights you can exercise by writing to [email protected].

What we collect

Account data: your email address and sign-in credentials (stored hashed), so the studio can keep your library and balance attached to you. Your work: prompts, uploads, generated pieces and publish choices — the contents of your private library. Transactions: credit pack purchases and per-job credit movements, kept as the ledger of your balance. Technical data: device, browser and usage logs used to run and secure the service.

Private by default

Creations are visible only to your account unless you deliberately publish a piece to the gallery. Uploads for photo-based tools are processed for your jobs and stored in your library under the same rule. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your private library to advertise at you or to train models for other customers.

Why we keep it, and for how long

Account and library data are kept while your account is open, because the service is the library. Transaction records are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires. Security logs rotate on a short cycle. Deleting your account deletes your library with it, subject to those transaction records.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything wrong, export of your library records, or deletion of your account and its contents. Write to [email protected] from the address on the account; requests are verified against the account and answered in the order received. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Age and safety

The studio is for adults only. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed and their data deleted. Content reported under the moderation policy may be retained while a report is reviewed, as the law allows and safety requires.
